From training in Malaysia to leading kitchens at Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi, The Westin, and Melia Desert Palm Dubai, he refined his skills under world-class chefs, mastering both technique and leadership.

But his vision extended beyond the kitchen. Co-founding Namche Kitchen allowed me to bring together my expertise and creativity, shaping a dining experience that blends innovation with authenticity. Every dish reflects a commitment to quality, service, and a deep love for the craft.
